Where uploads live
- Website editor: hero images and the about-section gallery.
- Menu: a photo on each menu item.
- Deals: a thumbnail on each deal.
- Rewards: the card logo and background on your rewards card.
Upload a photo
Open the editor for the thing you're styling — a menu item, a deal, the hero.
Use its upload control and pick a file from your device (PNG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 10 MB).
Wait for the upload to finish — the preview updates automatically.
Single-image spots take one file; galleries take several. If a file is too large, export it at a smaller size and retry.
Replace a photo
Open the same upload control on something that already has a photo.
Pick the new file — it swaps in immediately.
Publish to push the new photo live.
Tips
- Shoot in good light. Hero and food photos are the first thing guests judge.
- Landscape photos work best for heroes; square crops work best for menu items.
- Tabern compresses uploads — you don't need to optimize files before uploading.
