Reservations are managed inside your reservation app, and delivery orders inside DoorDash or Uber Eats. That’s where they’re actually taken. Tabern’s job is the front door: your site sends guests there. Tabern doesn’t sync reservations or orders back from any provider, so there’s no bookings list in your dashboard.
Day-to-day
Review, change, and follow up on reservations in your provider’s own dashboard. Guest details, party sizes, and reservation status all live there, and so do delivery orders. Your staff’s existing workflow doesn’t change.
Keep your links working
- Open your booking page and click through to your provider after any change on their side, such as a new restaurant ID, a moved booking page, or a new store link.
- If something changed, update the card under Settings → Integrations. See Booking & ordering apps. Saving there publishes your site right away.
- Switching reservation apps? Connect the new one; it replaces the old one automatically.
- Keep the booking page intro current. If your policy changes, update it in My Website and publish.
- Watch Analytics for booking-page views. A sudden drop can mean a broken link, not less demand.
