Your Tabern account is one email and password for the Tabern site, every venue dashboard you own, and your device orders. Manage it from Account Settings: select your initials in the top-right corner of the Tabern site, or your name in a venue dashboard’s user menu.
Sign in
Sign in with your email and password. Your session carries across your venue dashboards, so you can move between them without signing in again. To sign out, use Sign Out in Account Settings. Lost your password? See Sign in & recovery.
Verify your email
After you sign up, check your inbox for a confirmation email and follow the link. Until you do, your dashboard shows a reminder with a Resend email button. You can sign in and build without verifying, but a Tabern card someone transfers to you only arrives once your email is verified. Resetting your password from an emailed link also verifies your email.
Profile details
In the Profile section of Account Settings, edit your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number, then select Update Profile.
Your Email Address is your login and can’t be changed in Account Settings. To move your account to a new email, contact support from Help & Support using your current address. Support can move your login and your device orders to the new email, and you’ll verify the new address afterward.
Change your password
In Account Settings, enter your Current Password.
Enter a New Password and type it again in Confirm New Password. It needs at least 8 characters.
Select Change Password, then use the new password next time you sign in.
Forgot your current password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page and follow the reset link in your email.
Delete your account
In the Danger Zone at the bottom of Account Settings, select Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm.
Select Delete Account. You are signed out when it finishes.
Deleting your account:
- Removes your login and every website you own, with their menus, settings, published sites, and rewards members.
- Removes the feedback and support requests you’ve sent, and your referral records.
- Cancels every paid subscription right away: no further charges, and no refund for the current period. If the cancellation can’t be confirmed with Stripe, nothing is deleted and the dialog tells you why.
- Releases the Tabern cards you own, so whoever holds them can activate them on another account.
