Everyone who joins your rewards program shows up in Customers → Members. The table lists each member with the date they joined, their visit history, and their status. Until you create a rewards card, the page shows No rewards card yet with a Create Rewards Card button.
Find a member
Open Customers → Members in the dashboard sidebar.
Type in Search members. It matches display name, email, or member code.
Use the status filter to show All Members, Active, Paused, or Unsubscribed.
Use the column controls to show or hide Member, Joined, History, Status, and Actions.
The table shows 25 members per page. The History column gives the visit count and the date of the last visit.
Member history
Click the book icon in a member’s row to open their history. The top shows their total Visits, available Rewards, and Member since date. Below, Activity lists every event, newest first:
- Visit: an approved check-in, or a visit you added.
- Denied: staff chose Deny at the scanner.
- Reward earned: the member reached a milestone.
- Redeemed: a reward was used at a check-in.
Use it to answer “did I come in last week?” questions.
Edit a member
Click the pencil icon in a member’s row. In Edit member you can change the Display name (optional, up to 100 characters) and the Status. The email is read-only. Click Save Changes.
- Active: earning normally. New members start here.
- Paused: set by you. A paused member can’t sign in or check in until you set them back to Active. Members can’t unpause themselves.
- Unsubscribed: usually set by the member from the Rewards page. Their progress is kept, and signing in again reactivates them.
Fix a missed or mistaken visit
The Fix visits box at the top of a member’s history corrects scanner mistakes. You can add an optional note first, such as “phone died”. It appears in the activity list.
- Add visit records a visit the scanner missed. It earns milestone rewards exactly like a scan, but it doesn’t use up rewards the member already has. It works only for Active members while your rewards program is running.
- Undo last visit reverses the member’s most recent visit. Click it, then Confirm undo. Rewards that visit earned are removed, and rewards it used are made available again. If a reward earned on that visit has already been used, the undo is refused.
Delete members
Tick the checkboxes next to one or more members, then click Delete in the page header.
Tips
- Check-ins come from your Rewards Scanner; member records update on their own.
- Unsubscribed members stay in the list and may come back. Don’t delete them just to tidy up.
- Edits, added visits, and undos also update the member’s Wallet pass.
